REFUND / RETURN POLICY
IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:
1. Items must be in original sale condition: unwashed, unworn or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached.
2. In the event the products come with additional packaging such as boxes or plastic bags, we will only accept returns with these packaging.
3. Items that fall on the clearance page and tagged with final sales item are not returnable or exchangeable.
4. In the case that you received a wrong item or your order is missing items, please contact our customer service officer at help@redsoga.com or 6011-5555 0007 immediately.
5. Redsoga.com reserves the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.
6. Items must be returned within 3 days from the date the item is received with the original receipt of your order.
7. Redsoga.com will process the compensation by issuing store credit only when the return meets all of the above conditions. Store credit cannot be exchanged to cash / transfer. It will be valid for a 60 days upon date issued and can be used to purchase any items in Redsoga.com website only.
8. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Postal Return
Before proceeding, you must ensure the return items are eligible according to the mentioned conditions above. Customer service will contact you shortly and provide you further instructions. Follow the instructions to return the package and mail back to us. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and tape your package securely. You also can drop off your return at any of these authorised locations. The return will be refunded as store credits only.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Please allow approximately 7 working days for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed.
A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles (20-25 days).

Definition of a defective product:
A Defective Product is an imperfection in a product that has a manufacturing or design defect
Examples of what is not considered defective:
β’ Damage that is a result from misuse, normal wear and tear or damage occurred during storage
β’ Product acquired from aftermarket sources such as online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers and salesman samples
If you feel your product is defective as a result of a manufacturing or design defect, please contact our customer service and have a postal return to our management office.
